2019 Annual State Meeting

July 27, 2019 4:00PM – 6:00PM @The Palaestra

Please send your meet dates (if you are hosting a meet in 2019-2020), your suggestions or areas of concern to be discussed at the meeting in advance, so I can get the information on the agenda.

We will be introducing the new NTXTT Committee for the 2019-2021 seasons. Come ready to welcome them and their new ideas in making North Texas even better for our athletes, coaches and judges. in the years to come.

Bring your annual NTXTT Team Registration form and $125 (new fee) for the 2019-2020 year. Having this form turned in at the State Meeting will help get all team information updated on the web site quickly. This fee is required by all teams hosting meets in North Texas as well as all teams participating in the North Texas State Championships.

Please note that next year is an Olympic year and competitions may start earlier due to the USAG calendar.

A reminder that the 2019 Stars & Stripes meet registration is open. Registration closes on Friday, May 31^st and late entries will not be accepted. The 2019 Stars & Stripes Championships will be held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, FL from July 20 – 21. For more information, please visit the website here.
