STATE MEET March 14th UPDATED STATE MEET PACKET Entry deadline Feb. 14th!!!
Trevino's Invitational- Reminder Coaches! Entries due to be postmarked by Jan. 24th for Trevino's Invitational. You should have received a new packet with fees that exclude the T-shirt. For all N. Texas Athletes, if you do not want to preorder a shirt at Trevino's, then your fees are as outlined in our rules and policies. If you pre-order your shirt, then it is $10 more. H.N.I. Due to the large number of entries, Levels 9-elite will now be competing on Friday night instead of Saturday. Warm-ups will begin at 6pm. See attached flight summary schedule by clicking here. You should have received your packet in the mail from SEAL for the 1st Eligibility meet to be held on Jan. 31st. Entry deadline is to be postmarked by Jan. 2nd. Texas State board has passed a motion to provide financial assistance for judges recertifying this year. You may qualify for funds as follows: Melanie Forbess writes... If you are going to recertify to maintain your current ranking, the state will cover your costs. If you are going to take a course that would move you up from the current ranking that you are (ie. if you were a Cat III last year and are taking a course to move to Cat II, or from Cat II to Cat I) the state will cover that as well. However, if you are taking the judges course for the first time to receive your Cat III ranking, you are responsible for your own fees. We hope that this will encourage those of you who have been helping us out so much in the past to maintain your ranking, or even MOVE UP (WHICH WOULD BE AWESOME!!!). The state clinic fee schedule sheet has been revised to better assist you in knowing how much to pay for what days, etc. Please click on the link below and it will direct you to the revised information. Click here for state packet For the December competition hosted by Eagles Wings, all coaches need to understand that it may not be used for mobility purposes because it is the new routines and the code of points will not be out yet and judges training will not have taken place yet for the new quad. This was discussed at EDP camp. You may still mobilize with the old routines under the old system until Jan. 31st. Coaches and gym owners! Please check the club list for accuracy. NEW ROUTINES: The new routines have been posted on the USAG website. These are proposed routines for 2009-2012. There are changes being posted to them already, so keep in close watch as things will continue to change as routines are finalized. Questions on mobility: Any athletes needing to mobilize can mobilize this fall under the same routines they competed this year. The new routines do not start until Jan. 2009. We experienced some errors in links for the 2007 results. This has been fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
