Friday, November 8th, Level 1-4 only-Both sessions

5:30-6:30pm Dinner break
6:30-8:30pm Athlete Session 2 – Levels 1-4
8:30pm-9:15pm Coaches Workshop (Clinicians will give an overview of what they will be teaching for this clinic)

We are proud to announce our 2024 State Clinic will be for all Levels 1-Elite on November 8-10th, 2024 at Trevino’s Gymnastics in Lancaster, Tx. Make your plans now to join us and learn, train for the season and have some fun with great clinicians and coaches.

Entry fees for Level 1-4 will be $100 per athlete with 2 sessions on Friday afternoon/evening.
Entry fee for Levels 5-Elite will be $130 per athlete with option of up to 3 sessions between Saturday and Sunday.
All entry fees are a flat fee per athlete.
All athletes will be trained by National Clinicians assisted by a local coach of the clinicians choice.

We will have coaches Q & A during warm ups per session, Coaches/Judges Roundtable -TBD and Coaches Workshop on Friday evening with clinicians.
The directive has lots of information but also has more to come. I will update as soon as information is available. (example: host hotel rates, clinicians assistants, schedule of sessions)
Entry deadline is September 28th, 2024. All entries must be postmarked by September 28th, registered on USA Gymnastics registrations systems and google sheet filled in as well. Registration is now open on the USA Gymnastics website.
Judges courses will be offered at this clinic. We are in need of judges in North Texas. We are encouraging any coaches, parents, athletes or family members to sit in on a judges course (free of charge). If they decide they want to take the test to become a judge, they will pay the fee (approx.$45-50) at that time and take the test. If they pass, judge 2 NTXTT competitions, they will be reimbursed the fees paid. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Just a friendly reminder
Your Clubs annual NTXTT State registration and fee is due by October 15th.
Registration forms are a google form that was sent in the last week. Please complete your registration form so we can update your club’s information on the NTXTT website.
Dues are $125 annually, payable to NTXTT and mailed to Brittany Stout at 300 E Haning Street, Howe, Tx 75459 or you can call her at 469-396-8291 and pay by credit card.
All fees are due by October 15th or will be doubled ($250) after the deadline. Dues must be paid to ensure your athletes are eligible to attend the North Texas State Championships.
