USA Gymnastics is excited to offer an open forum to observe, learn and ask questions.There will be live demonstrations of training skills, drills, progressions, and routines. Open to all coaches any discipline!
10:00AM – 11:45AM Trampoline Competition Preparation: Live/Virtual Options/T210 Overview
Information on the format and running of a T&T Meet equipment needed, judges, types of meets, length, sessions, ages and divisions, awards, volunteers, scoring, etc.
12:00PM – 1:00PM Lunch
1:00PM – 4:00 PM Break Out Session/T201
Coaches will bring one athlete of any level Preschool through Elite. Coaches can bring athlete or student from any discipline including TT, artistic, diving, parkour, Acro, etc. Joy will provide drills, progressions, problem solve for coach and their own athlete. T201 Hands on training and certification
The 2021 Stars & Stripes Championships directives have been posted on the USA Gymnastics website. Registrations start Monday April 26 and will remain open through Friday May 21.
As a reminder, the qualification score requirement remains in place this season, however for 2021 this score can be achieved at any sanctioned competition:
Athletes must compete at both State and Regional Championships.
Competitors must hit the qualification scores at any sanctioned 2020-2021 season competition (either virtual or in-person).
