Due to some issues with the Hampton Inn, there are no rooms for athletes/families unless they want to pay $250+ per night.. We have secured the following hotel listed below for our event. This hotel is about 2025 minutes from the venue and I am working on another one closer (15 minutes) as well.
Please advise ALL PARENTS and ATHLETES, Monday, April 8th, following our event is the Total Lunar Eclipse. ALL hotels in the area are booked up and have increased their prices to $200-300 per night due to this event. This has created an issue for us and getting a host hotel.

Please read over the 2024 State Directive. Please pass all information on to parents and families of your athletes. We have new things happening at the State Championships this year.
Volunteers are needed (Parents will be needed for jobs this year). Level 9, 10 and Elite Athletes may volunteer to work 2 or more sessions to receive reimbursement of their competition fee. Sign up Genius volunteer sign up link is attached on the directive.

Registration is open for NTXTT State Clinic on December 1-3rd, 2023 at Trevino’s Gymnastics. Please use the USA Gymnastics registration systems to enter your athletes as well as fill out the Google Sheet with attendance of athletes. Entry, entry fee and Google sheets must be received by November 20th.
Entry fees must be payable to NTXTT. Payments may be by check or credit card and sent to Brittany Stout (NTXTT Treasurer). Mail checks to Brittany Stout at 300 E Haning Street, Howe, Tx 75459 or call her at 469-396-8291 to pay by credit card. All fees must be RECEIVED by November 20th. Any fees paid after the deadline will be double the amount.
