COMPETITION: Levels 1-8 (Tumbling, Trampoline & Double Mini)
Levels 9-Senior Elite (Tumbling, Trampoline, Double Mini & Syncro Trampoline)
ENTRY DEADLINE: March 8, 2019 (On the USAG web site-see attached directions)
Entry must be received online on or before above date
Payments must be postmarked March 8, 2019. Payments received after this postmark date will be considered late and late fees will be added.
ENTRY PAYABLE TO: All entry payments must be payable to NTXTT
ENTRY FEE: $100 PER ATHLETE (This is a flat fee for one or all events) and includes a T-Shirt from Fine Designs, on site, with a voucher given to coaches at check in.
LATE ENTRIES & CHANGE FEES: ALL changes or corrections made through March 25th will be $10 per change or correction. ALL changes or corrections occurring after April 1st will be $25 per change or correction.
Late entries postmarked after March 8, per athlete, will DOUBLE the entry fee, NO Exceptions.
COACHES ENTRY INFORMATION:
All entries must be done with the USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation system by March 25th. Instructions on how to register using this reservation system is attached. After entering coaches and athletes information on the USA Gymnastics web site, double check all information and submit. Then mail a complete copy of your team entry, entry payment, and copy of your USAG Professional staff roster and USAG athlete roster to: (Mailed entries & payments must be received on or before April 1st.)

ELIGIBLE ATHLETES’: All athletes must be registered with USAG. All athletes must have attended a minimum of 2 competitions to be eligible to attend North State Championships. All athletes MUST attend both the State Championships and Regional Championships, and achieve the National score per event, in order to be eligible to attend the USAG JO National Championships (Levels 8-Elite) and the Stars & Stripes Championships (Level 5-7).
COACHES INFO: ALL coaches must be a current Pro or Jr Pro members with USAG, have a current Safety certification with USAG, Background check thru USAG, taken the U100 and T210 course, in order to be allowed on the competition floor. All Coaches will be asked to show their USAG Card at check in.
EQUIPMENT:
2 – 4 x 4 Eurotramp Trampolines
1 – 6 X 6 Eurotramp Double Mini
1 – Ross Traditional Rod Tumbling Floor
COACHES & JUDGES HOSPITALTY:
Hospitality will be hosted by the NYTEX facility restaurant – ZUROMA.
Due to health department rules, there will be limited snacks and food left out between meals provided. Please make arrangements to eat during designated breaks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
ADMISSION:
Adults – $15 per day or $25 weekend pass (age 13 & up)
Senior – $10 per day or $18 weekend pass (age 60 & up)
Children – $7 per day or $10 weekend pass (age 3-12)
Children age 2 and under free
VOLUNTEERS: We need your help with volunteers for this competition. All volunteers will receive a one day admission plus a Free T-Shirt to wear while volunteering. Volunteer sign up information will be available after entry deadline.
Any Level 9, 10, and Elites volunteering for a minimum of 2 full sessions, will receive re-imbursement of their entry fee. The proper form at the competition will need to be filled out and turned in to receive re-imbursement after the competition. All Re-imbursements will be mailed to the affiliated gym.
